Well...first I need to explain d title...I used to call myself Cinderella...it was my favorite fictional character...not so beautiful but madiskarte queen(hahha-nagbubuhat ng sariling chair). Then there goes Snow White for my friend Siti...her complexion is so white...as in Makinis...that simply explain the whole idea...and Dyosa for my friend Fathy...she was tagged in our working place with such name when this DYOSA teleserye was aired in ABS-CBN...so there it goes...wait!...when was the journey?...it happened November-December 2007...I just forget the exact date though...
Those were memories...indeed a late entry of thoughts...but I could still spell it right...and it all started with ONCE UPON A TIME...
AN EMAIL...
-CINDERELLA
Hey girl...I wanted to go to bohol. Can u ask for a three days leave in your job? It would be a fun adventure and I'm hoping to spend it with you. Don't worry I would cover the travel expenses...hope to hear from u soon
-SNOW WHITE
From that day on emails were exchanged...plans were polished...and the date was marked.
AIRPORT-
A beautiful dawn greeted us on our way to the Airport with Steve- Dyosa's Bf paid us a suave lift. We were so early in our flight that we decided to grab a sip of coffee on a nearby shop on our way to departure area. The coffee was good but what were after of is the picture taking event...hahaha...with the help of kuya in that coffee shop. Excitement bites in when our flight was announced. As soon as were seated giggles filled in the plane coz we were busy posing on the camera. It was fun being with these crazy ladies, I admit-they are my friends!!!lol-
As soon as the "babalang sinturon ng pangkaligtasan"...(did I state it right?lol) was anounced...we immediately vacated the plane and somehow was fascinated with the TAGBILARAN AIRPORT-small and cute...luv itt..I immediately contacted the aunt of my friend(Yvette) who help me with the arrangement of our trip. It was Kuya( sorry but I forgot his name)...who fetch us in the Airport and brought us to a nearby mall for refreshment.
TRIBUTE TO SUPERMAN-VISIT TO TAGBILARAN CHURCH
It is an old church but what amazed me most is that I felt at peace. I love the place though the 33 degrees temperature is killing us. It was then this kuya told us that the house of Ceasar Montano and his family is just inches away. On my thoughts..in fairness ha..updated na kami sa geography pati na sa showbiz...so much!!!lol!
MEETING THE TARSIERS
Creepy! Amazing!...that is how I could expound it...dumbfounded with words as I saw this miniature creature on the tree...so small and cute. It was posted all over the place not to touch the tarsier but they allowed us to put it in our palm...hahaha... Ironic? I'm loving every second of it. After a while,I heard one kababayan and her foreigner partner arguing about if they are going to touch it or not ;but when they saw us their face was a picturisque of amusement and astonishment...lol!
THE FAMOUS LOBOC RIVER-Yehey here we come...
Our visit to the tarsiers gave us the ticket for a ride in Loboc River. A serene ride plus a sumptous meal...Can u imagine what to focus first?...hahaha..it was the best part of the trip for me...just look at pictures it will solve the equation by itself...
TABI TABI PO!-MAN MADE FORREST
Kuya told us that the next destination is the chocolate hills...wait!!!..we will just run in through this magnificent place. We took pictures in a very nice manner...takot kasi kami ma-engkanto...giggles and laugther were tapered!...mahirap na...we still believe those NOT LIKE OURS...kaya silence please!!!
D CHOCOLATEY...chocolate hills...yummy???
The place was only a viewing zone to see the chocolate hills...I was expecting to be on it...lol...my imagination run wild as we got nearer...but my face was just display of dismay when I get there-coz I could'nt touch it!!!...though I still enjoy the place...Did you know that we need to take these long steps to get there....waahhh...HINGAL...You can see lots of foreigner loving the place...I'm proud to witness it!
When I was a kid I used to see pictures of Chocolate hills in the Sibika at Kultura Textbook...now!...it is a view away...
One girl paved our request to be our photographer without pay...hahaha...kaya tuloy super pagod kami sa kangingiti-Para kasi siyang director sa pictorial...heller hindi kami artista...
BUTTERFLY SANCTUARY PLUS THE HANGING BRIDGE
I remembered we were so tired by then...yet Kuya told us that we still need to go to the butterfly sanctuary and this hanging bridge...lol! in unison our faces was a picture of disagreement...pagod na kasi kami...in fairness si kuya sinusulit ang bayad namin...waahhh...just take a look at the pictures...grabe sa pagod ang mukha...lol!
Still we enjoyed the butterflies though the lectures was a bit boring...funny thing is we were accomodated by this one DUYAN just to take our tired faces...and I was wondering why is it that my two friends were not smiling...yun pala may popo malapit doon...and it smells like hell..lol!!!in fairness di ko naamoy yun...lol!
The hanging bridge was a fun and creepy episode..(it would always remind me of my CAT officer training)..we need to pass through it kasi andun yung bilihan ng kalamay...sabi kasi ni kuya it was the best kalamay ever...waahhh...
D SOUVENIR STORE-may nabili b kmi dun???
Our last destination for the day is the souvenir store...maybe im so tired...that I can't appreciate the goods...kaya tuloy wala akong nabili...lol!!!(Hindi ako kuripot promise!!!-lol!)
To sum it up...We enjoyed this first day...I learned a lot...saw lots of smiles...blinded by camera flashes...heard lots of giggles and laughter...all in all...we are indeed grateful to be a FILIPINO!!!
hey it is not over yet...its just that we need to rest our physique...as of now...zzzz
